FOR PARTICIPANTS OF MINOR AGEThis is to certify that I, as parent or (legal guardian), am legally responsible for this participant, and I agree to DISCHARGE and RELEASE USA SKATELAND from all liability arising out of or connected with my child’s participation in roller-skating.

In consideration of permission to use today and on all future dates, the property, facility and services (Facilities) of Skateland (SKL), I, the
undersigned (Skater or spectator), hereby expressly agree:

By proceeding, I am agreeing to the Privacy Policy & the Rules of the Rink.

• No chewing gum anywhere inside the building.
• Change shoes and skates in the locker area.
• All persons renting skates will be required to wear socks.
• For your safety and security, lock all personal belongings including shoes, backpacks, fanny packs, crossbodies and purses in lockers. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
• Toe stops or toe plugs must be worn on all skates that require them.
• No sitting on the walls, counters or tables.
• No food or beverages, including alcohol, may be brought into the rink.
• No pushing, fast skating, playing tag, chain skating or stopping at anytime on the skate floor.
• Combs, backpacks, fanny packs, crossbodies and purses are not permitted to be worn on theskate floor. Thank you for your Cooperation… The Management Team
• Wristguards are required to be worn by all skaters unless otherwise posted.
• Reckless or inconsiderate skating will not be tolerated.
• Backward skating is only permitted during designated specialty skates.
• Anyone wearing skates is not permitted to carry a child.
• If you are pregnant or have a serious medical condition that may be aggravated by exercise, we strongly recommend you do not skate.
• Profanity or foul language is not permitted.
• We reserve the right to check all bags. (Entering and Exiting)
• Before leaving, please tuck laces inside the skates and place the skates on the rental skate counter.

We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone not meeting the standards of good taste and to evict persons not following the policies of this rink.
